I would like you to know that Mark has done some small projects for me and a very large project. He is not only a hard worker, but a smart worker. He listens, then will draw up plans so that you know exactly what will be done. You will also know at what cost. His pricing is very fair and he will stay on task. The larger job was the replacement of a 33 foot basement wall. He also reinforced the end walls and built shelving along these walls. He took great care to make sure the home and the items in the basement were protected. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a professional job done. When he is finished, the work will be done and the home will be neat and clean. You will also have a new friend that will be happy to help in the future.

Mark is a Christian, a family man, dependable, thorough, and a very detailed guy. Before he did my new roof, he took lots of pictures and made time to share and discuss the details of the project with me. Mark cared to cover up my landscaping during the re-roofing process. He completes the job in the time estimated. He does the extra.

Mark and his son worked on my chimney together and painted the roof pipes to match the new shingle color. Also, he pulled away insulation in the attic for better ventilation and installed new clothes line poles. When Mark wasn’t satisfied with the firmness of the new clothes line poles, Mark and his son Trace re-installed the new poles a few days later.

This past year Mark has done several repairs / maintenance type projects for me. He writes up a contract on each project, listing exactly what is to be completed with cost. Projects included garage door repair, installing house doors, plumbing, electrical, inside and outside painting, chimney repair, and others. When other specialists were required to help complete projects , Mark was right there working alongside them. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a professional project to be done and he is dependable.
He also keeps you updated from start to finish on the projects he is working on. When he is done with a project, he makes sure everything is cleaned up from top to bottom.

Mark did a small repair job for me and did a good job.  Then, he and his crew finished off our 39 x 26 ft. basement for us, following my general ideas of what we wanted, and did an excellent job.
